were tech talks by industry leaders who possess the
technical expertise and equipment to realise these goals.
Coming to the private sector, sustainability heads of
corporate entities stepped up to the plate to share how
they have taken the responsibility of reaching zero-
waste operations. Accountability, data and traceability
dominated this discussion.
With a ban on single use plastics and more to
come, the session on ways to implement plastic waste
management rules was full of possibilities, innovation
and consensus on the way forward.
