Neat Space Facility Service Private Limited has been honoured with SE 2A accreditation by NSIC-CRISIL rating agency. This rating certifies the company’s High Performance Capability and High Financial Strength. The Mumbai based facility service provider has also won the Excellence Award as Most Promising Facility Management Company in Mumbai given out by Brand Academy from the Times group. Speaking to Clean India Journal, Simit Thakur, Managing Director, shares her views on this achievement.

In the endeavour to enhance the image of the client, facility service providers make valuable contributions which are often overlooked. This award recognises our efforts and the commendable work our team has contributed to facility services.

The feeling of being accredited for High Performance Capability and High Financial Strength from a prestigious rating company like NSIC-CRISIL is certainly overwhelming for Neat Space. Adding to this, the Excellence Award as Most Promising Facility Management Company in Mumbai by Brand Academy-Times Group is a moment of pride and success.

This award is a testimony to the hard work, determination and integrity that is put in by our team members at Neat Space. We are very happy as our customers have recognised our aspiration of providing the best quality services in today’s competitive market.

Performance Recognition

“Being from the facility service industry, where performance is considered on a day-to-day basis, the awards are a reminder of us not resting on past laurels. It thus inspires and motivates to work harder and provide better services to our clients.

Awards make us focused to strive for more, as it bears testament to the service provided. Moreover, the clients have deemed us worthy enough for this honour and it is necessary for us to live up to their expectations.

Team Work

“In service industry, knowledge and experience of the team is important, but what makes a difference is the attitude of the team. At Neat Space, we create a competitive culture of willingness to help and a caring nature, which makes all the difference. We are still a small company, but value integrity and inculcate good habits in our employees to provide genuinely superior services to our customers, which is the overall aim of all of us here at Neat Space.”

“Awards act as a validation of the work being done and endorsees the practises employed by us. It enables us to know that we are on the right path. The expectations of our customers too has increased with these felicitations, and we aim to live up to them and deliver services that surpass the quality standards set by us.”

“We will continue to have organic growth and be selective in taking business. It is our belief to give good service and create a good brand in facility management. I see many companies growing faster than us but our strategy is to devote our energies to a single business in a specific location at a time and consolidate the clients with personalised solutions. We have to make sure that the clients are satisfied, as we serve to add value to their business.”

Future Plans…

“It is our plan to make Neat Space one of the finest facility management companies in the country by providing superior customer services and to continue creating job opportunities for the lower section of the society. It is not only about providing quality services, but also about bringing a difference in the society. We will work towards making India a cleaner place to live in and enhance its image in the world. Winning excellence award and being rated as having High Performance Capability, is just the beginning… a step on the long journey for excellence and surpassing quality standards in the industry.”
