In line with Sealed Air’s ‘Change the Game’ strategy to bring innovation and technology, a Diversey Care deal team has completed the acquisition of Intellibot Robotics, a U.S.-based privately owned company that pioneered the development of commercial floor-cleaning robots.
Intellibot’s technology and value proposition will enable TASKI machines to leap-frog the competition and become the first major manufacturer to offer “hands-free cleaning.” Formed by the National Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University, Intellibot has more than 20 years of experience and technical knowhow in selling robotics and artificial intelligence to the market.
