● Joined the Taj Group of Hotels in 1988 and in the year 1990 was the youngest management executive to run a department independently at the age of 23. Have catered to various dignitaries like President of India, Dr. Venkatraman, Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, various heads of countries/states including Kings, ministers.
● Part of the Set- up team for the Taj flight catering facilities which has grown today to chief TAJ – SATS which is one the countries biggest flight catering facilities
● Took up an assignment in the country of Brunei and introduced the Tandoori cuisine in that country and was successful in managing a group of hospitality enterprises
