Ottawa’s transit stations community toilets may begin coin-operated services. As per the Ontario Building Code, finance and economic development committee of Ottawa needs to install toilets across five locations including Tunney’s Pasture, Bayshore, Place d’Orléans, Blair, and Baseline. The committee will also install washrooms at Hurdman and Bayview stations, and told the staff to look for coin-operated community toilets in order to meet the operational expenses.
