Akron-US based hand hygiene & skin care company, Gojo Industries has acquired Laboratories Prodene Klint, a French company specialised in professional hygiene, cosmetics and disinfectant products.

Created in 1973, Prodene Klint has become a major player in the French professional hygiene and the cosmetic wipes markets. The skin hygiene and disinfectant products it designs, develops and manufactures are used in healthcare, food industry, industry and institutional settings.
