Forbes Pro Water Solutions, the water and wastewater treatment solutions unit of Eureka Forbes, is looking at offering better water technology. In a move to establish its foothold in the growing municipal and government water treatment market, it plans to forge technology partnership with companies that will help it expand its product offering or go for an acquisition in the space.
Forbes Pro’s water solutions are largely membrane-based or based on other edge technologies. Most of their projects have been in the industrial, power, process, commercial, information technology (IT), special economic zones (SEZs) and residential segments. Some of the leading customers of Forbes Pro Water Solutions’ include Vedanta Aluminium Ltd, Sanghi Cement, Tata Coffee Ltd, Tata Motors, Jindal Power Limited, BALCO and L&T.
