We are the first service provider to use ‘Robotic Swimming Pool Cleaner’, in the entire Marathwada region.

Upon signing the agreement, we take 2-3 weeks of induction period to train our work force to provide the best service to the clients. Due to this philosophy, we provide services to all sectors with equal ease and expertise. Our focus always is on customer, technology, people and processes.

The major challenges you faced in building your business…

Our journey has been transformational at each and every step. We started with house-keeping and rapidly expanded our service offerings to include plumbing, electric work, Carpentry & wood work, water proofing, garden landscape design, beautification and maintenance, robotic swimming pool cleaning and robotic glass facade cleaning.
Every step, customers posed various challenges, but Sparklean responded with solutions beyond their expectations. Which also resulted in many Firsts for us. We are the first & only facility management service provider with ‘Robotic Glass Facade cleaning’.

There are challenges, man-power being the biggest one. At times, statutory compliance takes so much of your time and resources. Simplified processes will ensure more innovation in service delivery. Several times, clients are reluctant to pay as per the stipulated minimum wages. We have to convince them to follow the regulations and we promise to provide excellent service.

Future Strategies…

We want to see Clean India. Our society should be clean and hygienic. We congratulate & extend our whole hearted support to our Prime Minister on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan!

We are looking at adding Pest control and Staffing to our bouquet of services.
