Callous civic body

Filth and stink greeted the Jaipur Municipal Corporation officials on their recent whirlwind tour of the city. It exposed the callousness of the civic administrators prompting the JMC top brass to serve notices to sanitation inspectors on the sorry state of affairs. After the day-long tour and surprise inspection, petty shopkeepers and food vendors however assured that they wouldn’t encroach the streets any longer.
