Oxygen-powered air freshening innovation launched

In an innovative move to provide eco-friendly solutions for indoor air-quality, UAE based Fragrance Delivery Technologies Ltd; a new entrant in the Cleaning Industry has launched an oxygen powered technology in the aircare range. The air freshening system produces continuous levels of intense fragrance that does not contain propellants or CFCs. The system uses a proprietary odour nuetralising agent to eliminate bad odour. Speaking to CIJ, Hydros Jaseem, MD of Fragrance Delivery Technologies Ltd, said, “We launched Viva Air Freshener in 2011 after seven years of research. Like any other new invention, this product too had to face many challenges initially.” Fragrance Delivery Technologies is working with a capacity of 6000 refills per month which will increase to 30000 refills by April. The aerosols are currently available in Dubai, Oman and India. It plans to expand to other parts of the Middle-East, Europe and the US very soon.
